The magnetic bar and frame materials used are 316 stainless steel (food grade), which makes it have excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. During the processing, the magnetic separation device can work stably even in a humid or high temperature environment, with a maximum operating temperature of 80°C (176°F), ensuring the long-term stability and service life of the equipment.
Efficient metal separation capability
The pulling force of each magnetic bar is 12 pounds (about 5.4 kg), which makes the magnetic adsorption force very strong, and can firmly adsorb ferromagnetic materials, even very small particles can be efficiently separated. Due to the strong magnetic force, metal particles are not easy to slide or fall off during the separation process, thus ensuring efficient and stable separation effect.
