Excellent resistance to mechanical damage
The alloy structure of Alnico Holding Magnet gives it excellent resistance to mechanical damage. Aluminum-cobalt material has high toughness and impact resistance, and the magnet's magnetic retention ability is less affected even when subjected to external impact or pressure. Its inherent structural strength can withstand higher physical loads, making it stable when used in environments with large vibrations and shocks.


Stable magnetic retention
Alnico Holding Magnet has excellent magnetic stability and very slow magnetic force decay. Its residual magnetic flux density (Br) and coercive force (HcJ) can still maintain a high level even after long-term use. Take LNG44 and LNG52 as examples, with residual magnetic flux density of 1250 mT and 1300 mT respectively, which means that its magnetic retention ability is extremely strong in long-term use.


High-precision magnetic configuration
Alnico Holding Magnet shows extremely high uniformity in its magnetic field distribution through a high-precision production process. This precise magnetic field control enables aluminum-cobalt magnets to provide consistency and reliability in applications that require precise magnetic field configuration.


Low temperature coefficient and demagnetization resistance
Alnico Holding Magnet has a low temperature coefficient (% Change Per °C), which means that the magnetic properties will decrease less when the temperature fluctuates. Taking LNG37 as an example, its temperature coefficient is -0.02. In a wide temperature range, the magnetic change remains at a low level, which is suitable for working environments with large temperature differences.
